![]() ![]() So other than the password syncing above, what are the differences in sharing? Can a free user share a password with multiple people or are they limited to only sharing it with 1 person (so in practice to share with multiple people they'd need to make a copy for each person they're sharing with.) The description of "one-to-one" on the page where you sign up for an account is identical to the description of "one-to-many" on the pricing page (Share any single item with multiple people to give everyone convenient access) but the pricing page has a different description for "one-to-one". I'm not sure I understand the difference between "one-to-one" sharing in the Free version, and "one-to-many" sharing in the Premium version. But if User1 was a premium account, they could share with the free account and changes User1 made to the password would propagate to User2. I think I've got a handle on how this would work from reading around but I want to confirm, since I can't really confirm myself how a free vs premium account works since I can't make a free account for 30 days (because a new account is premium for 30 days.)įree accounts can share passwords with each other, but it sounds like more of a copy than a share, so if Free User1 creates a password and shares it to Free User2, then User1 changes the password, they'll need to re-share with User2. ![]() I'm looking at using LastPass at a small nonprofit org I work with to share passwords between volunteers that need them. ![]()
